Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

If a shipment's tracking says it has been delivered to the address the customer provided us, we will not issue any refund in the event the customer informs us that they haven't received their parcel. We will always send tracking information as proof.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
It is strictly prohibited to sell any products purchased from us online, whether purchased from us online, over the phone, in person, or in any other manner without our explicit and written permission. If found selling online without our permission, the offender will be sent one warning and issued with 7 days to terminate their activities. If the products continue to be available for sale by the offender online past the 7 days, we reserve the right to ban the offender from purchasing our products either temporarily or permanently, without any warning, and the decision remains solely in our hands. By purchasing from us, you agree to and are bound by these conditions.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
If you have placed an order and have not received it, and you have agreed with us, in writing or verbally over the phone or in person or both, that should we re-send you another order and both orders are eventually received, that you will send the first order back to us, and we have not recieved the first order back within 28 days of receiving the parcel and you are unable to provide evidence of having posted the items back to us (for example a proof of postage certificate from the post office), then your account will automatically be debited for the cost of the products plus any shipping costs incurred.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

SECTION 20 - CARROT SUN UK FACEBOOK COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. COMPETITION
The Competition consists of a prize draw on the Carrot Sun Tan Accelerators Facebook-page where the entrant has to share the post and like the Facebook page. Entrants of the competition must be registered users of Facebook (see www.facebook.com for more details) who visit the Website (“Users”). The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Participating in the competition is free and open to everyone who is 16 years or older.
In order to enter the competition participants must have had a registered Facebook account from the beginning of the competition period (17th January 2014 until 26th January 2012). By participating in the competition participants automatically agree to be bound by these general conditions.
3. SUBMISSION
Participants have to share the competition post and like the Carrot Sun Tan Accelerators Page on Facebook from the 17th January 2014 to 26th January 2014.
4. SELECTION PROCESS
At the end of the competition-period Carrot Sun UK will draw 1 winner at random. Anyone professionally associated with this competition is not eligible to be selected as a winner.
5. PRIZES
There is 1 prize in total. A ‘Have-It All’ shot pot box set. All decisions are final without recourse to legal process. If a Winner does not respond within 3 days after a notification has been sent to the Winner’s e-mail address (as submitted or registered by Facebook), another Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. By accepting a prize, each Winner agrees to be responsible for all, local, or other applicable taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. All prizes awarded are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Carrot Sun UK reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal value.
6. PRIVACY STATEMENT
Within the scope of this competition, personal data of users and participants such as name, e-mail address, gender, birthday, Facebook profile picture URL, images, and videos is gathered and processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulation. Users and participants are aware that the information submitted by them including submissions and comments, could contain personal data. This personal data can relate to users or participants, but also to individuals that are included in a submission or in comments through images, video or text (together: “Data Subjects”). This data will be treated with care and confidentiality by Carrot Sun UK and will only be gathered and processed for the competition or the promotion of the competition. Further to this, personal data of participants will be used by Carrot Sun UK for general promotional purposes including direct marketing if and in so far the participants have given their express consent before. Carrot Sun UK will not provide the data to third parties, unless required by law or consented to.
Users and participants guarantee that the data subjects are timely and sufficiently informed on the processing of their personal data and guarantee that the data subjects have given their consent for this processing if needed. Users and participants are aware that not providing certain personal data required for the purpose of submission may result in not allowing them to participate in the competition. Other personal data is provided voluntarily. Data subjects can address questions on Carrot Sun UK’s privacy policy, submit opt-out requests from direct marketing the data subject consented to and submit requests of inspection, correction and/or deletion of their personal data to customer_services@carrotsun.co.uk.
7. LIABILITY
Participating in the competition implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of internet, inter alia technical performance, the transfer of information and data, the risk and effect of interruptions and more in general the risks that are inherent to communication through internet, such as limited data protection, malware and viruses. The statutory liability of Carrot Sun UK for damages arising out of the participation in the Competition in general or the use of the Carrot Sun UK website in specific shall be limited to the amount of damages typically foreseeable at the time of agreeing to these Terms & Conditions in respect of damages caused by a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation (i.e. a contractual duty, the fulfilment of which enables the proper performance of the competition, the breach of which endangers the purpose of these Terms & Conditions and on the fulfilment of which participants in the competition regularly rely). Carrot Sun UK shall not be liable for damages caused by a slightly negligent breach of a non-material contractual obligation. The aforesaid limitations of liability shall, however, not apply to liability for assuming a specific guarantee or liability for damages caused by wilful or grossly negligent misconduct, or any kind of wilfully or negligently caused injuries to life, body or health.
8. TERMINATION
Carrot Sun UK reserves the right to abort the competition at any given moment and to shorten, modify, suspend or cancel the competition at its own discretion without resulting in liability or any claim of damages. Carrot Sun UK reserves the right to disqualify any participant or user that Carrot Sun UK reasonably believes (i) to have tampered with the operation of the competition and/or (ii) to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
SECTION 21- CARROT SUN UK COMPETITION: 20 DARES
1. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
The minimum age to participate is 16 years and the competition is open to all residents in the UK, Europe, USA& Canada except employees of The Sun Bungalow Ltd in the UK .Persons who are under 16 will be rejected. The contest is limited to one dare per person. Several participations from the same person is not allowed. Individuals who do not meet these conditions are disqualified from the competition. When the contest is over your photos will be available on www.carrotsun.co.uk for viewing in the gallery and on any or all our social media channels.
2. PERIOD
Open from 29 August 2014.
The contest period ends once all 20 dares have been completed.
No applications will be accepted outside the competition period.
The organizer of the contest reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at special or unforeseen events eg. force majeure.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST:
It is free to participate in this contest and it does not imply any obligation to purchase.
The contest consists of 20 "dares”. Users participate by choosing a challenge, conducting the challenge, documenting it with a photo or video and uploading it to Facebook , Twitter, or Instagram, and making sure to share it with our social media pages. On Twitter and Instagram the #carrotsunfun will need to be present.
The picture is uploaded via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. By entering the user accepts fully our terms and conditions, rules and privacy policy. Only one photo is required for each dare. Once a dare has been completed it is crossed off the list and not used again. Should several people send in for the same dare the winner will be the first picture received.
The contest is not sponsored, recommended or administered by Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, nor is it in any way related to Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. You'll leave the details to the The Sun Bungalow Ltd, and not to Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
Users must accept the privacy policy for the handling of personal information and allow access to the information on their Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram profile: name, date of birth, photo on the Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram profile, gender, email address, friends list and information in the public domain according to their use of the application .
4. WINNERS
Winners will be the first to send in a photo of each dare. A panel from The Sun Bungalow Ltd have the rights to decide whether the photo is up to a satisfactory standard.
5. PICTURES
The Sun Bungalow Ltd reserve the right to share any and all images sent in by competition participants on the website www.carrotsun.co.uk, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram channels.
Images will be rejected if they do not meet the following legal provisions and terms and conditions:
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
They must not be offensive, defamatory, xenophobic, revisionist or violate another person's honour or reputation.
They must not promote discrimination, hatred against an individual or group because of their origin, affiliation or lack of affiliation to an ethnic group, nation, race or religion.
They may not be a threat to a person or a group.
They may not show pornographic or paedophile content or any other content that are morally objectionable.
They may not encourage violations, crime or terrorism, or glorify war crimes or crimes against humanity.
They may not encourage suicide.
They must not have any political meaning or purpose.
They may not advertise goods obtained illegally or through some form of intrusion.
They may not contain the names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses, or other personal data.
They must not infringe trademark or protected symbol, the copyright or the rights of individuals, and not contain any trademark, image or names of celebrities or other content protected by intellectual property.
They shall not hurt activities or products of the Carrot Sun brand (or the distributors The Sun Bungalow Ltd) or its competitors.
Winners will be notified via the social media. Winners must follow the instructions in the message. The winner will be notified personally. If the winner cannot be reached within 30 days after selection The Sun Bungalow Ltd will allow other competitors to compete in that dare. The Sun Bungalow Ltd will not exchange rates if the participant has provided false contact details, or if it is unclear. Winners' names will be published on the social media pages and on www.carrotsun.co.uk .
If the winner does not accept the prize or, not on their own initiative, contact the organizer within one month of the contest period, the winner will lose the prize and prize value will not be refunded or replaced in any way. If unable to award a prize for whatever reason, the prize will be given to a charity or used in other campaigns. The Sun bungalow Ltd’s decision is final in all respects relating to the campaign and cannot be appealed.
The contest will end when we receive 20 images of all 20 dares that are of the standard The Sun Bungalow Ltd require.
Prize will be a ‘Mini-Spray Set’. This cannot be exchanged for any other item or cash equivalent.
6. OUR LIABILITY
The Sun Bungalow Ltd’s collective responsibility towards the participants does not exceed these Official Rules for prize value. Web-based organizers of collective responsibility towards the participants do not exceed these Official Rules for prize value. Web-based sweepstakes works in most of the common browsers. The Sun Bungalow Ltd and the technical provider of the contest is not responsible for problems caused by third parties such as problems with the network connection to the Internet, firewall or anti-virus programs, or any problems or issues that occur when the application is running, or the race, or the person's intentional or unintentional malicious behaviour, and not because of the consequential damages.
The Sun Bungalow Ltd and the technical provider assume no liability for damage to your computer equipment or other property caused by viruses as a result of use of the website, the notification on or download from this web site or of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio. All recipients of prizes disclaims www.carrotsun.co.uk, The Sun Bungalow Ltd and organizer partners or the aforementioned parties from all liability for any damages caused or arising out of participation in this contest or because of the prize.
7. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS AND UNINTENTIONAL MISUNDERSTANDINGS
The Sun Bungalow Ltd are not responsible for typographical errors or other competition-related errors.
8. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data will be handled in accordance with British law. We also encourage our users to read our full privacy policy for handling personal information provided on this website.
9. TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS
All material appearing in this contest are copyrighted materials which are either owned or used under license. The material contains trademarks of The Sun Bungalow Ltd or third parties. The material is protected by copyright laws and trademarks and may not be used without written permission from The Sun Bungalow Ltd.
